職責(zé)描述/ Brief description of service:
1.Provide reconciliation services that include but are not limited to inter-system reconciliations for banking and traded products, nostro reconciliations, position reconciliations, custodian holdings, sundry and suspense accounts etc. in Asia region.
2.To work closely with the Team Head to ensure all objectives and initiatives are met and the operational problems are resolved promptly and effectively.
3.Provide controls and review in service driven attitude and cooperate with other risk and control functions (finance, operational risk, audit, internal control etc.) to strengthen control framework.
Key activities:
1)Ensure that all reconciliations are performed and open items are followed up and closed without any exceptions.
2)Perform regular reconciliations and where necessary investigations on given control objectives
3)Participate in special control tasks including but not limited to year-end controls.
4)Perform all control tasks with critical care and service attitude; consult/escalate with team-lead on any exceptional or suspicious items.
5)Foster and strengthen teamwork to enhance overall team performance
6)Develop trustful partnership with peers in other departments
技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
Formal education:
1.Relevant degree in Banking, Finance or Business etc
2.Language: Fluency in Mandarin and English (college English level 6 or similar)
Work Experience:
Typically 0-3 years of experience in a comparable service position.
Further qualification:
1.Adequate knowledge in range of accounting and financial principles.
2.Good problem solving skills with the ability to apply up-to-date knowledge and best practices to develop value-added solutions
3.Good understanding of relevant regulatory rules and internal controls to ensure compliance
4.Ability of multi-task, prioritize and manage daily workflow
5.Self-driven and a good team player
6.Strong interpersonal and communication skills
7.Service oriented
