工作職責(zé):
- 拓展并拜訪目標(biāo)客戶,以促進(jìn)個(gè)人理財(cái)產(chǎn)品及個(gè)人貸款業(yè)務(wù)的服務(wù)與銷售
- 通過電話營銷以及渠道開拓,開發(fā)潛在客戶
- 參與并實(shí)施行所理財(cái)講座、渠道推廣等促銷活動
- 提供電話銀行服務(wù),處理客戶咨詢
職位要求:
- 大學(xué)專科或以上學(xué)歷
- 1-2年銷售及客戶服務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),具外資銀行工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)及熟悉上海市樓盤、房產(chǎn)中介者優(yōu)先考慮
- 具客戶服務(wù)意識,性格外向進(jìn)取,善于與人溝通,能承受工作壓力
- 中、英文程度良好,熟悉辦公室計(jì)算機(jī)軟件應(yīng)用
- 愿意接受輪班的工作安排(雙休日輪班)
Requirements:
- College’s degree or above
- 1-2 years' experience in sales or customer service, preferably gained in foreign banks, and have solid network with property developers and property agencies in Shanghai
- Strong customer service orientation, out-going and aggressive personality, good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software
- Willingness to work in shifts
