Sales Campaign Officer (PFS HBCN)職位描述： 
  Job requirements:
 Monitor and guide sales BD teams’ performance on a daily base to ensure the sales target achievement
 Guide local team to conduct sales campaign and ensure the campaign effectiveness. Periodically review and update sales control management tools, such as “Sales Control Management Guideline”, to well follow the business strategy or regulation changes
 Closely follow branch level sales campaign application / organization / tracking and budget control to ensure they are properly managed
 Promote experience sharing and best practices across cities to drive sales performance
 Identify and develop national level event with business partners to boost business results
 Coordinate country level sales campaigns with other departments to maximize sales results
 In charge of new released projects which relate to sales function

Job requirements:
 Bachelor degree or above
 3-5 years’ working experience in banking industry, sales management / marketing role or personal banking sales department working exposure preferred
 Good at project management, advertising production and direct marketing with excellent commercial sense, experience at project management
 Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
 Creative and results-driven
 Excellent English in writing and speaking
