Call Center Agent PFS SHH職位描述： 
  Job duties:

*To deliver and maintain a high standard of telephone banking service to (potential) customers, understand their financial needs and provide suitable solutions

*To build a good customer relationship, take every opportunity to generate income for our business through effective cross-selling

*To explore new business opportunity through cold calls

Job requirements:

*University graduate preferred

*Good communication skills with a pleasant sounding voice

*Fluent spoken English and mandarin

*Logical thinking and good presentation

*Basic PC knowledge

*Flexibility to turn the day and night shift
