Home Mortgage Loan(HML) Sales Representative

Job duties:

· Acquire new HML application from on-site sales activities or other channels developed by HML Business Develoment
· Follow up new HML cases referred by Customer Development Rep. and/or branch staff
· Follow up HML approval and drawdown process for new applications

Job Requirements:

· Sound knowledge of HML product, credit policy and business process
· Strong selling skills in HML sales with support by outstanding past HML performance
· Strong service mindset to achieve satisfactory service performance
· Strong compliance mindset with no sales breach record
· Teamwork spirit
