銀行電話催收專員職位描述： 
  職位描述：
1、負責信用卡逾期賬戶管理；
2、通過電話或信函等方式進行信用卡透支催收；
3、完成上級安排的其他工作；
4、內(nèi)勤業(yè)務工作，無需外出。

任職要求：
1、具有催收或信用卡相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
2、大專以上學歷；
3、普通話標準、具有較強的溝通能力，中文輸入50字/分鐘；
4、主動積極，具有上進心，喜歡挑戰(zhàn)性工作，活潑外向，善于與人交流；
5、人品端正，責任心強，有較強的應變能力。
