瑞士瑞信銀行(Credit Suisse)原名為瑞士信貸,2006年,正式更名瑞信。成立于1856年,總部設(shè)在瑞士蘇黎世,是全球第五大財團(tuán),瑞士第二大的銀行(僅次于它的長期競爭對手UBS瑞士聯(lián)合銀行),是一家經(jīng)營個人、公司金融服務(wù)、銀行產(chǎn)品及退休金、保險服務(wù)的投資銀行和金融服務(wù)公司。在五十多個國家有分公司,公司總投資為兩百四十五億美元,管理財產(chǎn)為一萬一千九百五十三億瑞士法郎。

  除在瑞士本土經(jīng)營大宗及零售的銀行業(yè)務(wù)外,瑞士信貸的國際性服務(wù)集中于專業(yè)化的大宗銀行業(yè)務(wù),在其廣泛的服務(wù)項目中,瑞士信貸將其專有技術(shù)、雄厚資金、瑞士人特有的細(xì)心與中立國等特點(diǎn)相結(jié)合,確保了吸引人的服務(wù)。瑞土信貸在銀行業(yè)中的出色表現(xiàn)在它的客戶及合作伙伴數(shù)量迅速增長上,目前它已成為擁有18億5 干萬瑞士法郎巨額資本的世界著名的五十家大銀行之一。

瑞士瑞信集團(tuán)先在1990年收購了瑞士第四大銀行---Leu銀行,又于1993年收購了瑞士第五大銀行-瑞士人民銀行。目前,瑞士信貸集團(tuán)的母公司和業(yè)務(wù)部門均被國際知名評級機(jī)構(gòu)評為A1和AA級。

瑞士瑞信銀行在中國
  早在1955年,瑞士信貸銀行就與中國銀行建立了帳戶行關(guān)系,后又在1957年建立了代理關(guān)系。1985年,瑞士信貸銀行在北京設(shè)立代表處,成為第一家在北京設(shè)立代表處的瑞士銀行。1992年,瑞士信貸銀行又在上海開辦了代表處。1994年,上海代表處升級為分行,瑞士信貸一躍成為第一家在中國開設(shè)分行的瑞士銀行。1993年,瑞士信貸第一波士頓成為第一家在北京設(shè)立代表處的美國投資銀行。

  2000年,瑞士信貸集團(tuán)所屬的豐泰保險公司成功地參股中國泰康人壽保險公司,成為較早參與中國人壽保險業(yè)務(wù)的外國金融機(jī)構(gòu)之一。

  從1992年至今,瑞士信貸第一波士頓已經(jīng)為中國各大機(jī)構(gòu)籌集了60多億美元資金。其中的四次是中國政府發(fā)行的債券、1987年中國以德國馬克發(fā)行的主權(quán)債券、和1987年中國政府首次以美元發(fā)行的全球債券。其中最主要的交易是參與中國政府1998年成功發(fā)行的10億美元全球債券。

  從1993年開始,銀行參與了6次可轉(zhuǎn)換債券發(fā)行和6次股票發(fā)行。其中包括廣東投資有限公司發(fā)行的第一份可轉(zhuǎn)換債券;中國華晨汽車公司的第一次首次公開發(fā)行以及山東華能電力開發(fā)有限公司在紐約股票交易所的第一次直接掛牌上市。

  1998年6月,瑞士信貸第一波士頓銀行上海分行獲準(zhǔn)經(jīng)營人民幣業(yè)務(wù),以滿足大上海地區(qū)的外國以及合資企業(yè)對人民幣的需求。同時,瑞士信貸第一波士頓銀行在外國直接投資的配套人民幣市場上,脫穎而出,成為一家主要的外國銀行。最近的服務(wù)包括參與為上海柯達(dá)提供的2.5億美元的聯(lián)合貸款。1999年8月2 日,瑞士信貸第一波士頓銀行上海分行又得到許可,有權(quán)滿足浙江江蘇兩省外國和合資企業(yè)對外匯和人民幣的需求。

Are we right for you? Are you right for us? The only way to find out is by submitting your resume and a cover letter.  If it seems like the right fit, we'll ask you to meet with us. There are four steps to the application process:

Step 1: Submit Your Online Application

This is an opportunity to really sell yourself, so make sure you provide relevant and specific information that will set you apart from other applicants.

Complete the online application and upload your resume and cover letter at the end of the form. Your cover letter needs to outline the reasons you've chosen to apply, and explain why the position and location you've selected interests you.

The application asks you to specify the division and location to which you want to apply. You can learn more about our Hiring Areas and opportunities available through this website.

Try to keep the information you provide as concise as possible. We encourage people to keep their resume to a maximum of one page. Also, you don't need to include a photo.

You will be asked to complete the online numerical and verbal reasoning tests straight after you submit your application, so be prepared to complete these straight away. You will only get one opportunity to complete these tests.

Here are a few checks to make before submitting your application:    

  • Make sure your contact details are correct. It sounds obvious, but if you've made a mistake, we may not be able to get in touch, and you may miss the chance for an interview.
  • Carefully select the appropriate region and program. If you select the wrong region or program, you will have to create a new application.
  • Reread your application to check for any mistakes before you submit it.




Step 2: First Round of the Interview Process

Be yourself. The interview is likely to consist of one or more 30-minute competency-based interviews and will focus on your interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.

Your application will be reviewed by both the business area you have chosen and by Campus Recruitment. If you are selected for an interview, your first round will likely take place over the telephone and will be conducted by senior level managers.


Step 3: The Final Round
Really know your stuff. The final round will consist of two to three interviews and the focus will be on your problem-solving abilities as well as your soft-skills. At this stage, we also try to provide you with a good idea of what the program will entail and the type of work you could be exposed to on a day to day basis.


Step 4: Considering an Offer
Don't hesitate to ask a lot of questions. Soon after your final round, we will contact you to tell you the results of your interviews. If you receive an offer, a number of representatives will be available to answer your questions about Credit Suisse or about the offer itself.

It's also a good idea to speak to people-industry professionals, seniors in school who may have interacted with or interned at Credit Suisse, careers officers, etc.-who can offer you additional perspectives, as this will help you make an informed decision. We encourage you to respond with your decision in a prompt fashion but, of course, only after you have carefully evaluated the offer.
