JOB TITLE:Logistics Executive
LOCATION: Shanghai

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
(1)To coordinate with CAP BUs and customers on logistic, documentation, and credit issues - so as to provide the best in class customer service for our customers.

(2)To coordinate among Greater China Team so as to generate reports and presentations - for CAP senior leaders.

(3)Need to be trained to handle sales of CAP products - so as to determine if candidate is a talent that we can promote to be the next sales executive for CAP China(Succession Planning.)

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate or equivalent
- 0-3 year working experiences in logistics & documentation is preferable, but not a must.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, can deal with Foreign BUs and domestic customers.
- Excellent in Mandarin and fluent in English (verbal & written), Cantonese would be an advantage
- Strong computer skills, esp. on Microsoft Access, Power Point, Excel, Word and etc.
- Good and effective reporting skills & Analytical mind
- Potential talents & interests on sales work once oppor. come
- Solid understanding of company ethics, procedures and rules
- Open-minded, responsible, patient, optimistic, customer focus and team spirit needed
- Can work independently and under pressures
