職位:行長(zhǎng)秘書
工作地點(diǎn):廣州
工作職責(zé):
負(fù)責(zé)文秘工作包括但不限于起草報(bào)告、協(xié)調(diào)會(huì)議、撰寫會(huì)議紀(jì)要、文件存檔和行長(zhǎng)行程管理等;
獨(dú)立完成行長(zhǎng)委派的其他任務(wù)。
任職要求:
大學(xué)本科或研究生學(xué)歷,專業(yè)不限;
有秘書/助理等實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
具備獨(dú)立工作能力、積極主動(dòng)、責(zé)任心強(qiáng);
良好的溝通及協(xié)調(diào)能力與人際關(guān)系處理能力;
英語口語和書面表達(dá)流利,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的普通話與廣州話;
具有團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神;
熟練操作微軟辦公室軟件(Word, Excel,Power Point)。
Secretary to Branch Manager
(Indicative Grade: Band 7-8; Location: Guangzhou)
Job Duties:
To perform general secretarial duties and assist Branch Manager in organizing daily work.
To handle other administrative work assigned by Branch Manager.
Job Requirements:
University graduate, experiences in secretarial or support role is preferred;
Fluency in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
Mature, independent, initiative, responsible and flexible;
Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Strong interpersonal skills.
