Human Resources Department Intern
職位描述： 
  At HSBC, Human Resources Department aim to enable business to execute the People strategy by aligning our deliverables, processes and actions to the business strategy. We aim to become a world class HR function by being: Commercial, Strategic and relevant, Leading and Efficient

Now we have an exciting opportunity in our team for you to experience the world’s local team.

Job Duties:
- Provide project support in Human Resources Staff Events and Activities alongside the Talent, Resourcing and Organizational Development HR team
- Compose, edit and build HR internal campaign websites to broadcast the message to bank-wide staff and increase the awareness of various OD initiatives
- Process various database by using advanced functions from Microsoft Office suites
- Coordinate project logistic support such as post and courier arrangements
- Administrate project paperwork, consolidation and progress track;
- Logistics arrangement for workshops and activities, e.g. scheduling, facility booking etc.;
- Proficient on Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel etc.;

Requirements:
- Must be available to work at least 4 days per week for the following 2 month.
- A ’roll your sleeves’ up attitude and not afraid to try new ideas or ways of working
- Ability to build collaborative working relationships at all levels through strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to maintain absolute confidentiality at all times especially when dealing with sensitive HR information
- Previous experience in administrating communication or project management preferred but not essential
- Good customer service experience
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Proactive and can-do approach
- Attention to detail and process
- Good written, numeracy and verbal skills
