Business Analytics Assistant職位描述： 
  Job duties:
-Assist in the overall expenditure management in HBCN PFS across all levels including IT, Marketing and Branches
-Assist to develop a structured analytic and performance monitoring framework for our expenditures and drive learning to continuously enhance the expenditure decision process
-Assist to keep ongoing monitoring and provide support on PFS IT / MKT projects
-Assist to implement control measures on resources such as IT resources, MKT programs and other project costs

Job requirements:
-University degree or above in business, finance, IT or related discipline
-Sound understanding of retail banking business and finance is preferred
-Self-motivated and good interpersonal skills
-Good analytical, financial skill and fluency in written and spoken English
