Shift Authorization Assistant職位描述： 
  Job duties:
To provide high standard voice authorization service to merchants with HSBC POS installed and deliver solutions to merchants regarding POS operation and card acceptance. Acting as a merchant service hotline agent.
To maintain and monitor authorization system performance, ensure its connectivity and stability.
To provide necessary support to other card operation/sales team in card center such as report downloading, printing, merchant advice distribution and POS terminal maintenance.
To work with merchant risk team for suspicious fraud activities monitoring.
Job requirements:
College degree or above, experience in merchant acquiring (Authorization Room) is preferable
Good communication skills with a pleasant sounding voice
Fluent spoken English and mandarin
Logical thinking and good presentation
Basic PC knowledge
Willingness to turn the day and night shift on regular basis
