Global Markets Operations Assistant職位描述： 
  Job Duties:
 Conduct confirmation matching for vanilla product transactions traded by Global Markets and bond/gold inventory reconciliation as per GM FIM requirements. For any unmatched and mismatched items, investigation needs to be carried out;
 Follow up with defects in customer’s dealing documents of corporate FX transactions in a timely manner and register unmatched/mismatched deals in “Deals with Documents Pending” and submit to Manager Global Markets Operations for review and sign-off;
 Review details of corporate FX transaction documents to make sure of full compliance with internal (GM FIM) and external (local regulations) requirements and arrange filing accordingly;
 Review and monitor FAX switch inbox to ensure all incoming message has been processed or forwarded to recipient for proper action;
 Responsible for department filing system (both internal and external with GRM);
 Process vanilla products like foreign exchange / MMK transactions (including MMK transactions on behalf of branches/RB in HUB) / bond transaction (sell, purchase, repurchase, reverse repurchase, underwriting, distribution) / gold transaction in TREATS / HUB /P-match;
 Assist supervisor in working out new product procedures and take part in system / project testing.
Job Requirements:
 University graduate with 0-2 year’s relevant operations experiences in banking industry, Global Markets operations experiences preferred (2011 fresh graduate is also acceptable);
 Keep update of market practice and local regulations related to Global Markets operations;
 Be familiar with Global Markets products and Global Markets operation procedures (GM FIM);
 Understand operation in other departments.
