Chargeback Analysis Assistant職位描述： 
  Job duties:
To ensure incoming retrieval, chargeback are properly and timely handled in accordance with International Card Schemes’ operating rules, regulations and bank internal guideline

To prepare pre-arbitration / pre-compliance / arbitration / compliance to Visa and MasterCard Associations

To contact merchant / agent banks and sales to obtain necessary supporting documents for fulfillment, representment, compliance and arbitration

To contact issuer(s) for good faith collection for regular disputes to recover merchant and/or bank’s loss

To prepare write-off report for unrecoverable chargeback cases

To provide monthly chargeback related MI reports to management and be responsible for Excessive Chargeback Monitoring Program on monthly basis

To prepare training materials, Card Scheme’s rule updates distribution to sales and new joined CPD staff

Job requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, at least 1-3 years related working experiences in chargeback handling

Self motivation, responsible and attentive

Good PC skill in Excel, Word & PowerPoint

Good communication skills

Good command of both written & spoken English
