職位描述： Introduction of Global Markets Department

The HSBC Group’s Global Markets business ranks among the largest in the world. Operating through over 86 treasury sites in more than 56 countries and territories, with more than 3,600 dealing and support staff, the business combines sophisticated global coverage and detailed knowledge of local markets.

In mainland China, HSBC’s Global Markets team provides a wide range of products and services in foreign exchange, FX derivatives, fixed income and Money Market products to a wide range of customers, from local and international corporate to mainland Chinese government bodies.

Responsibilities

- Travel logistics of trips including flights,hotel and car reservation & management
- Manage calendars / schedules and appointments for Department Head
- Arrange monthly meetings or quarterly meetings in accordance with business needs with other departments
- Keep and maintain records, statistical information, auditing reports
- Assist in coordinating internal and external compliance etc
- Prepare reports and other tasks as requested

Requirements

- Students who are pursuing their master degree and will graduate in 2010.
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good communication skills
- At least 4-5 days/week available
- A sense of responsibility, with team spirit and integrity
- Working with efficiency
